Props Promising Prompts
Lizzy Ellbrück &
Louise Raspé
Props Promising Prompts is a piece built in fragments: obstacles, niche wanderers, props, fillers, flourishes, and wandering eyes. Figures appear as embedded characters in a spatial narrative, thinking in ciphers, speaking in curlicues, writing in parentheses. They are not theatrical in that sense, yet they emerge at the edge of a drama — within footnotes, in the traces of scenes and marginalia.

About the authors
Lizzy Ellbrück and Louisa Raspé are artists, authors, designers, dramaturges, scenographers, accomplices and friends. They work artistically and speculatively, preferably in dialogue. Their studies and shared interests have fostered a rich and evolving complicity — an intensity they seek to deepen in Conceptual Conversations, meandering through new stories that unfold in several directions at once.
